More specifically, NCEA can bite me.
You read all the resources on different Visual Art scholarships, look at the marker comments, and comparing them all has made me realise NCEA Art Scholarship markers know squat.
How can someone have a strong proposal that knows "what its doing from board one", yet have it "constantly changing" as a major strength?
NCEA blows.
